The E-mail communications due to the personal and non-commercial
home pages set up on some sites of internet service roviders was
surveyd. The number of home pages was nearly equal to ten percent of all
subscribers. Any E-mail
communications occuered at more than ninty percent of those home page
sites. In the half of those cases E-mail exchanges continued successively
and the home page holders were satisfied with their set-up activities.
In the other half cases communications stayed temporary. As a result, we
understand that the personal home pages will prevail for popular use as
a new type of social media, and research of the communications effects
due to the personal home pages on our dayly lives will be expected in near
future.
