Philosophy 人間愛 (Ningen-ai)
Educational philosophy of Bunkyo University is “Ningen-ai (Empathy for All Humanity)” which is a belief in the heartfelt affirmation of the principles of tolerance, respect, forgiveness of, and sympathy for one another.

Bunkyo University Foundation is an academic group with four campuses.
Koshigaya Campus (Saitama Prefecture)
Faculty of Education, Faculty of Human Sciences, Faculty of Language and Literature, Graduate school of Human Science, Graduate School of Language and Culture, Graduate School of Education, Special Postgraduate Course, and Foreign Student Department.
Shonan Campus (Kanagawa Prefecture)
Faculty of Information and Communications, Faculty of International Studies, Graduate School of Information and Communication, Graduate School of International Cooperation and Women’s College.
Hatanodai Campus (Tokyo’s Shinagawa ward)
a kindergarten, a junior high school, senior high school the Administrative Foundation office and the University’s Secretarial Department.
Ishikawadai Campus (Tokyo’s Ota ward)
an elementary school.
